My washing machine just stopped working so I gave Second chance a call and he came out about an hour later to take a look at it. Unfortunately, the circuit board was toast! He was very nice and able to diagnose quickly. I would recommend calling him if you need quick service.

I am so very impressed with this business. My washer started with one problem that was quickly identified and fixed. But there was another issue that was puzzling. Jack kept at it and after many trips and trials solved the issue. I admire his perseverance, he never gave up. Now my washer is working like a charm. I highly recommend this business!!!! Great work and fair price.

Jack was very friendly and helpful! We talked on the phone and then he came out, showed us his diagnosis of the issue, and fixed our washer all within about 30 mins. We will definitely use his services again if we have any other appliance problems and recommend him. 11/10! Thanks Jack!
