We had a whole home turnover between tenants, and Carpet Machine cleaned the terrazzo and carpet. Gary scheduled things initially and was very friendly. The technician Brandon was knowledgeable and thorough. He did a fantastic job and the house looks great. A couple old pink stains we knew may not come up, but otherwise amazing. 5 Stars

I called around to about 6 different carpet cleaners in the FWB. I had a few companies call me back, to see if I wanted to go with them, but then I received a text from Gary at The Carpet Machine. He told me that I could call him back or text him any time at that number, that I could upload photos if I had something I’d like their technicians to look at, and that he had an opening for the very next day in FWB. We have been using The Carpet Machine to have our carpets and furniture cleaned for over 5 years and we have always been extremely pleased with the results. Gary is always so friendly and helpful in meeting our scheduling needs. Our technician, Brandon, is amazing! He always goes above and beyond to please his customers. I highly recommend them for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
