I had some kind of ant infestation and Southwind came out and took care of it. Josh was very knowledgeable and he explained everything well. They also started a regular pest prevention application.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this company deserves to know how much I appreciate them! Southwind literally has exceptional customer service.. every single time I have talked with them on the phone (we have quarterly pest control & termite bond) they have been so professional and kind. They always go above & beyond and literally treat you like a friend. I usually speak with Nicki but I’ve spoken to others who were just as kind. & our tech, Patrick, is beyond friendly and dedicated to making sure he gives 100% on the job. He is the best!
