Jeff and Southland Pest are the absolute best!! The secretary is so helpful and amazing as well! I can't speak enough about how excellent Jeff and Southland Pest have been for pest, termite bond, and WDO inspections. Their customer service has truly been impeccable. They are incredibly responsive, and have gotten right out if we've had any issue and taken care of everything, and they have great pricing as well for everything that they do! Southland has been nothing but helpful. I even had to reschedule and it was done with a breeze. It was necessary to schedule another visit with a different treatment at no extra charge! I would highly recommend them as I have already done so with others that are using them!Services: Cockroach extermination

Highly recommend this company. They are always on time and very thorough spraying inside and out. If I see a bug at any time they come out and respray for free. Worth the $60 every three months
