Switching to RIDD has been a better choice for our home pest control needs. While the services appear to cost a little more than pest control competitors, the frequency of service and quality of longer lasting products used makes it a better value. We’ve experienced a noticeable difference in a reduction of insects (like spiders the size of silver dollar coins literally rising from the grass crawling freely making webs everywhere, to finding them dead, to now not seeing them at all). Was not home, but Ransome sent a txt re : everything looking ok. So he did exterior, and will return to do interior with mutual convenient time. Quarterly service, paid un monthly intervals.

Re-service completed for a variety of ants around our home. Always prompt service with text and email reminders after I call to schedule. Technician, William, was professional, polite, and thorough around backyard problem areas.
