The staff is wonderful, the facility is clean, and they do such a great job doing everything they can to provide the best care to your pets. I often see Dr. Walters and she's been fantastic. She cares for your pets like theyre her own. There is no one and no other vet clinic id take mine or recommend to anyone else“

“Jennifer always takes great care of Candy. Candy is 16 years old, blind and hard of hearing. She also has bad knees in her back legs amongst other old age issues. Jennifer and her staff shower her with TLC which is needed at her age. When she comes home she is as pretty as ever. They take their time with her give her that little extra. “I had a great experience with Paula! I had called several other doggy daycare business and had horrible experiences. Speaking with Paula felt like a breath of fresh air. She was very helpful and kind. Not only that, but she and the staff were super welcoming to my English bulldog, Bodhe. We aren’t local and won’t be able to use this facility more, sadly, but we will be using Mercy for all our doggy daycare/boarding needs in the future if needed!
