We absolutely love Mercy's!! I have a very high energy young pup that I rescued from PAWS. It is hard for friends to keep him when I go out of town because they all work and I don't want him to be alone because of his traumatic background. My boy LOVES going to boarding and daycare at Mercy's.They always send me photos and updates of how his day is going. And once when I had to extend his stay due to a family emergency they were super flexible and easy to work with. Now every time we get in the car he can hardly contain his excitement! Thank you Mercy's for taking care of our boy Bandit. 🩷 I know he can be a lot and they take it in stride and love him so well.
The Mercy’s family is the best of the best! Both the staff and the clients are hands down, some of the best I’ve ever worked with. Josh is an awesome owner who has put together an amazing and knowledgeable staff who do all that they can everyday to not only take extremely good care of every pup but also make sure that all the pet parents get regular updates on their fur babies. It broke my heart when we had to PCS out of FL and I had to leave my Mercy’s family. If you want your pup to be loved and treated like family like they are at home, Mercy’s is my one and ONLY recommendation in the area.
it's under new ownership, he's trying to get it going and would hopefully get rid of the crates in place with actual runs! I know I don't want to have my dogs stay in crates for boarding 😫
