I love this office! They are busy for a reason. Let’s use common sense and don’t call right as they open as the lines are busy, as this is a busy office for a good reason.I love that you can get your labs , doctors visit , ekg, bone density scan , shots , all in one place! It definitely helps avoid insurance issues. I love this practice, very convenient, efficient, professional, and the best staff from the from of the house to the doctor!

Dr Loudermilk and his nursing and admininstrative staff are absolutely top notch. I highly recommend anyone needing a general practice doctor to visit Magnolia Medical Clinic, and specifically Dr Loudermilk.

The in-person patient care is excellent but the main issue is with the office when you try to call to speak with someone. You will notice the staff have been trained to answer the phone and immediately put you on hold without saying anything after they pick up the call. You may think they have hung up on you because you can momentarily here people taking in the background. After a long hold, they will often pick up the phone again and keep putting you back on hold, without saying anything.
