We recently moved to the area and my daughter and I are new patients. We saw PA-C, Reagan Sanford at the Fort Walton location she treated us with the best care possible. We didn’t feel rushed or unheard. Her bedside manner was professional and kind. The staff from calling in to make the initial appointment, to checking in, the lab, and our nurse was a pleasant experience. I have had nothing but positive experiences with the staff at Magnolia. Everyone from admin to lab techs and phlebotomist’s have been attentive, empathic and excellent at what they do. Dr. L Herndon has been and continues to be a wonderful, caring and compassionate physician. Magnolia is also an independently owned practice and supporting them directly supports our community!
