They were sent out by Lowe's to replace our water heater. The technician, Casey, was very friendly and thorough. He made the entire process go smoothly. Pricing was fair compared to other companies around the area, I would 100% recommend this company!

While I cannot speak on the quality of work, I can offer my experience with the terrible customer service. Hers & His was contracted through Lowes for a hot water installation. Terry quickly quoted over the phone (first problem) on a job his team could not handle. So as a home owner, without a hot water heater for 4 days now, he has left us without a hot water heater for a least 5 more days considering he scheduled our install at 2pm the Friday of a holiday weekend. All because he didn’t lay eyes on the job before making contractual promises between myself, his business & Lowes. I have a 6 month old baby and no hot water. Seems like he was too greedy to scrounge up any potential money.

Absolutely awful!!!! Do not use! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. They came out to look at our busted pipe outside our house, toilet that was making a slight noise when filling, shower handle that keeps turning, a leaky water heater & leaking tub faucet. They fixed the pipe outside shockingly quick and a lot cheaper then expected, replaced the valve on our toilet, looked at our water heater and said put a bucket underneath it, looked at the shower handle and said they’d break it more, then came the tub!!!!! We had a home warranty and they said everything would be covered besides the pipe outside. Ok great, they go to look at the tub that’s dripping once every 20 seconds or so, nothing bad but figured since they were coming out we’d get it fixed. They broke the part in the faucet and said they had to look around and see if they could find one after about 40 minutes of sitting in their truck they said our home warranty wouldn’t cover the tub and that it was going to be $500 in labor plus parts to fix the tub. Mind you, it was a leak! They completely broke the faucet to the point they had to shut the water off and cap it off. It is inoperable now. After fighting with the home warranty company and hers & his the warranty company said hers & his was responsible for fixing it. Hers & his said they’d send another tech out to evaluate it and see what the other tech did and get this resolved. Ok fine another day my husband had to take off work for them to come out. They came out and this tech wasn’t even interested, told my husband he wasn’t fixing it and that it was his problem. Sadly not even exaggerating. My husband said ok we’ll I’ll be leaving a review and calling BBB and he just shrugged and said ok and left. Worst company around. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! This is what they left behind. They completely capped it off

This is the worst plumbing company!!!They doing so unprofessional job and my problem was never resolved!!!They install my garbage disposal ,drain pipe and the kitchen faucetAfter this day my kitchen sink keep backing up and cannot be use !!All employees in this company are very rude and not knowledgeable people!!!I had terrible experience with Keithlyn(i m not sure how to spell her name)She was a dispatcher for South FloridaShe have a bad attitude and her job is to help people not to argue with them!!!Dont do Bussnes with this company!!!!!!Sincerely,Georgi TunchevServices: Garbage disposal installation
