We were new to the area and wanted the carpets in our new home cleaned prior to our arrival. Researched and reviewed several companies but Joe was the first one I called. After speaking with him I didn’t bother calling anyone else, he met my needs and was more than willing to accommodate us. Also, he was one of the nicest people I’ve ever spoken to. We have just started using Galaxy Steam Clean. They are excellent at their job, they communicate well and are reasonably priced. We manage vacation rental condos and we will be using them every chance we get to clean carpets, tile, and upholstery.
