Devin, Devin, Devin!!!! Four seasons has always taken great care of us. Over the years we’ve had lots of good service personnel. But Devin is the best. I appreciate all the good work they do and I especially appreciate the way he takes care of my house and my mother-in-law‘s.
Toward the end of the season last fall, our A/C was conking out and it ran only intermittently. I had heard & read good things about 4 seasons, so called them. Fully expected the tech to tell us we need a new system as ours was very old. Didn’t happen. He quickly identified a clogged drain causing the float to shut down the system. He cleared the drain and got us going for a reasonable service fee. He did show me that our condenser coils were bad and it was just a matter of time. Impressed with this service, I requested a quote for a new system. Enter Rocky, who came out, determined what we needed, spent time answering all my questions, and provided a quote.... read full review
