I had slept wrong or something as I woke up and could barely turn my head/neck left. My normal masseuse at Massage Envy was not available the day of so opted to try this location.
My masseuse here was Helen. She was super polite and professional. I annotated on the intake sheet my areas of concern/focus and she made sure to actually focus on them. During the first 10 minutes of my 60-minute, she routinely inquired about pressure to insure I was comfortable. I don't know if it was just as first time customer, but I also got hot stones and stretching which I know at other locations they sometimes cost additional fees. By far the best deep tissue massage I’ve received in my life. I’m a professional truck driver and tend to have very tense neck, shoulder, back and hips - the 90 minute deep tissue massage was exactly what my body needed. Definitely will come back when I’m in the area again. Thanks!
Really great massage by Lily! Cindy greeted me with a warm welcome and took me into a room to prepare. Lily was very kind, professional, quiet, careful and thorough. I thought I was on the table for much longer because she was so meticulous. She delivered the perfect pressure and relaxing experience. I try to tip well and she was so thankful! Great experience, I will be back!
