Family Eye Care is a rare jewel of an office that provides an exceptional and stellar experience. The staff is phenomenal, friendly, knowledgeable, polite, patient, and professional. The office is very clean, spotless, and has a professional and calming atmosphere. It is conveniently located and booking an appointment is easy. The doctor is very passionate, the best optometrist, genuinely caring, most knowledgeable, and most impressive. He is thorough, takes time to explain each step, answers all questions, listens to concerns, and goes over test results in detail with clear explanations. He addresses all concerns with patience and provides precise prescriptions. They do not treat you like a number. The team provides efficient service, from warm greetings at reception to comfortable pre-examinations. They offer a great selection of frames, handle orders, and arrange delivery. Follow-up care instructions are clear. Patients feel well-informed, happy, and highly recommend Family Eye Care for all future eye care needs.
The staff is phenomenal. I had to go in a few times to have my new frames adjusted and everyone I worked with was polite, patient and professional.
Dr. Fregger was the best Optometrist I have ever been to. He answered all of my questions, listened to my concerns about previous eye health issues and went over my test results with me in detail.
This office is a rare jewel. They do not treat you like a number or another case.
I recently visited Dr. Fregger at Family Eye Care for a routine eye check-up and an updated contacts lens prescription. Booking the appointment was easy over the phone (I managed to get an appointment the very next day!), and the office was conveniently located right off Racetrack Rd.
The office was spotless, and the atmosphere was both professional and calming. The reception staff greeted me warmly and processed my paperwork efficiently. The assistants were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the pre-examination procedures.

I highly recommend Dr. Michael Fregger at Family Eye Care! I have been going to EAFB BX Optometrist. But, after Dr. Tomlinson retired, I was at a lost. It had been 3 years since I got a new eye prescription, and I was afraid of just going to anyone else. A couple of weeks ago, I was having extreme eye pain. I called around and no one could (or would) get me in right away except Family Eye Care. I was so happy that they were willing to get me in right away.
