My wife and I had back to back appointments, we were both seen at the same time.. The two technicians were very Professional and treated us like family even though this was our first visit .. Wish I would have gotten their names so I could mention yhem.. Thank you for a pleasant exam.. FDE..

My husband, and myself, are very happy with Dr Planchard, as well as his nurse who is so kind and caring. Also Brandi gets 5 stars for staying with me after hours when I got drops in my eyes and could not see to drive and had to wait for a ride (after dark) she refused to leave me standing alone out in the parking lot until my ride arrived! Most of the staff are very pleasant with the exception of one male tech that has an attitude problem and tries to rush you through the eye exam.

I recommend this place wholeheartedly. I never met Dr Planchard. My procedures were performed by Dr Bellville. He’s got a great bedside manner and a sense of humor. I like him a lot. I went in for cataract surgery. Left eye done in September, right eye done in October. I elected to get the the multi focal lenses by Panoptix. The surgery was quick and easy. No discomfort. The next day my vision had improved somewhat, but after my one week checkup, my left eye had gone from 20-200 (legally blind) to 20-25. My right eye went from 20-70 to 20-25 in the same time period. My reading vision is 20-16. No glasses. No need for them at all. I see things I haven’t seen in 3-4...read full review
