Emerald Coast Flooring America went above and beyond for us! Our previous flooring was not installed correctly and left everything uneven, but their team took the time to make sure the subfloor was properly prepared before installing our new floors. The result is absolutely perfect – smooth, level, and beautiful! The quality of the work speaks for itself, and their customer service is just as impressive. They truly do the job right, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend!
We had the privilege of working with Judy Beck, she was extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable of the products. She gave us a realistic time of the delivery and competition dates. She definitely did whatever it took to make sure we were making an informed decision. The crew that actually did the installation were prompt, professional and were able to address our concerns or answer any questions we may of had.
