This is gonna be a long winded review but one that is more than warranted. Back in 2017 I paid over 15,000 dollars for a Two stage Trane 18XL air conditioning system plus duct work. For the first 3-4 years it ran fine then the problems began. Condensate drain backup's that collapsed my ceiling twice due the the installer cracking the pan on install then three compressor failures for three years straight. Each time setting me back nearly 3,000 in labor and refrigerant cost. After the snowstorm in January, we discovered that our geothermal heat pump was malfunctioning, and we struggled to diagnose the exact issue. We received five different diagnoses from three different repair companies, all of which were incorrect. Emerald Air came to my rescue when I needed someone to Inspect my A/C on a Sunday. They did a great job and sent the documents I needed for the closing on my house promptly. It turned out that we ended up having to replace the unit. I called them and within 48 hours the new unit was in and running perfectly. They got me to closing without a delay and I am ever so grateful.
