I have discovered this studio 9 years ago as we come to Florida to escape the Iowa winters. The instructors are incredible and all have such a passion for the practice of Yoga! I love that many different classes are offered daily during the week. I look forward to returning every year, instructors are so friendly and I have enjoyed the friendships with the locals. Thank you Laura for having such a great studio here! Bernie R.
I can’t say enough about what a beautiful welcoming space this is where both body and soul are nourished! There’s an atmosphere of love and acceptance where friends become family!
If you're military and on edge about going, send it. I went to the restorative class on Sundays/Tuesdays for threeish years and it helped a lot with my mental health. Andrea is a phenomenal instructor and Sundays were my favorite parts of the week. I will miss it dearly!
