They keep things lovely there. Janice Rogers in the business office is wonderful to work with. I was bringing my sister's ashes from SC and she was so helpful, kind and patient. Im happy knowing my family is resting peacefully there.

I would like to personally thank Janice Rogers for her support for our recent Memorial Day remembrance ceremony for at Beal Cemetery. Janice was courteous, professional, and extremely kind throughout. She helped make the day a success.

The, City of Ft. Walton Beach, representatives at this facility are beyond incredible to their consumers. They follow strict consumer laws and guidelines. They won't tell you what to do. That's not their job. They merely provide you with the most appropriate and legal consumer info....The List. I felt well informed about my rights by City officials. I received an awesome education that I have used to memorialize my beloved family members over the past 7 years...who knew. Pay special attention to the providers' list you receive. It is your guide to providers, i.e., vaults, florist, caskets, and granite engravers, etc. You will receive the same services but at more than 1/2 the cost. Our initial costs were over $25,000 but we arranged the exact same beautiful memorial for under $10,000. No, we didn't cut any products. We merely changed with whom we ordered and paid...$cash to providers. They should add onlinecaskets.com to the list. By law, All facilities must accept the delivery. The quality is there & you just sign for your delivery at the facility of your choice. Our initial cost $14,000 for just the casket, $5,000 headstone, journal $500, and vault $1,695. Instead, we paid Onlinecaskets.com $895 much better casket, same headstone $500 cash, vault $895 same exact products cash, and journal $75 online engraved w/photo or design...wood. We used, our Dads favorite florist, on Hollywood Blvd. Yellow roses with babies breath for the 1/2 casket spray & the standing arrangement for our Uncle. Dad was so impressed, he asked me to order the same arrangements and he wanted the same memorial, "When I get ready to lay down." That's the 'Lower Alabama' way...so says Dad.
