I used this company and they did a great job. However, an issue did come up over payment due to a computer error. I handled it poorly and i apologize. The issue was handled quickly and they were very understanding. The owner reached out personally to resolve the issue which I greatly appreciate. Very Professional and respectful of Homeowners property. We had two Slash PInes cut down that were lightening struck. We have a fence that was removed andd replaced for us when all the work wa done. Excellent job, well done!!

Rob, the master arborist, was very knowledgeable and came out twice: once for a quote and a second time upon request to revise the quote and work to be done.The crew that came to do the work was very personable, polite and professional. It's obvious the company is well run with good communication, crews are well trained and jobs are thoroughly planned to result in good execution. The finished product looked great. The crew was fast and efficient. They cleaned up and left no mess behind when they were done.Very pleased to work with Backridge.
