Used AC depot is a great company! The staff is very knowledgeable of all types of AC units, they are all very friendly and very customer service based. I want to give this company credit where credit is due. I got first unit that had damage, enough to allow the gas to leak. After I contact them they shipped much newer unit that works great. Now ofcourse I lost money on labor but I think the damage could likely happen on shipping cuz I saw strong markings on cardboard that it was packaged into. Overall big kudos for them as these 410 units are hard to get and I had just upgraded evaporator that still runs on 410. Overall everyone that I interacted were professional and responsive, rare feat on nowadays. I wish them lots of success in the future, helping out homeowners like me.
