Company and new AC review:I have used ProMag Energy since purchasing my home in 2014. Our point of company contact out of the Fort Pierce office has been Bree who is well organized, and well-spoken. Bree (always helpful and putting the customer 1st) reliably schedules maintenance and service call appointments as needed.On October 14, 2023 (yes, a Saturday) my A/C unit failed. I called to the Fort Pierce office and as always Bree (who seems to work 7 days a week) answered immediately. Within an hour and a half, a senior service Tech Dan was at my home. Chris Bronson was amazing today on his visit. After servicing my A/C unit I brought to his attention my home beginning to have a distinct smell and he assessed the cause. His recommendations were unmatched and without a doubt went with his suggestion given his experience. Absolutely affordable prices. Definitely a friendly guy and helpful all around.
This is an outstanding A/C service company. They are timely, professional, and always available. I had constant issues with my old A/C and after seeing their high level of service, I used them for installation of a new A/C unit and continued service plan.
