Promag Energy Group A/C & Heating has been providing air conditioning repair, service, and installation in Florida for over 33 years. Their Fort Pierce office, which has been serving Fort Pierce, Port St Lucie, St Lucie County, and surrounding counties since 1988, is known for its exceptional customer service. Bree, the office coordinator/manager, is highly regarded for her organization, communication skills, and customer-first approach. She quickly schedules maintenance and service call appointments and was available even on a Saturday when the reviewer's A/C unit failed.
The senior service technician, Dan, is commended for his professionalism, expertise, and customer advocacy. He promptly diagnosed the problem, presented repair and replacement options, and provided upfront pricing. Despite the expense of A/C replacement, the reviewer chose to replace the unit due to its age, and ProMag had an identical unit in stock.
The A/C replacement-installation crew, deployed from Premag's Orlando office, was also praised for their professionalism, teamwork, and respect for the reviewer's home and property. The installation was carried out smoothly, and the only remaining task is the county inspection, which ProMag has coordinated.
Chris Bronson, another technician, received special mention for his excellent service during a routine A/C unit service call. When the reviewer mentioned a distinct smell in their home, Chris assessed the cause and provided unmatched recommendations. His affordability, friendliness, and helpfulness were highly appreciated.
In summary, Promag Energy Group A/C & Heating's Fort Pierce and Orlando offices provide professional, customer-focused air conditioning repair, service, and installation. Their team of technicians, including Bree, Dan, Amanda, Will, Kenneth, and Chris Bronson, are highly regarded for their expertise, professionalism, and customer service.
