We are so impressed with this company! We called today around 4 p.m., and they showed up by 5pm. We were originally told by another company that we needed a whole new AC unit and would be without air until Friday. Thankfully, we got a second opinion here. Our AC died on us today. I was referred to Twin Cooling Inc by my brother in law, who spoke very highly about this company. I called Phillip at 5:30, he was here at 6:30, and had my unit was fixed by 7:00. I was blown away by his customer service and how honest he was. Just before he arrived we were quoted between 5k and 20k for the fix or a new unit all together. Our AC feels amazing and we cannot thank this company enough.
