The Roof Authority offers the quality and service of a large regional roofing company but is family managed. My initial contact was a basic email Request for Proposal. After meeting Chris and his highly qualified team, there was an instant rapport. The team was straightforward and professional. It was clear that it was more important to build a professional relationship than upsell and oversell their services. I have utilized The Roof Authority for everything from large projects, to repairs and even replacing the roof on my own home. This company is a class act!!

Chris Long and his team proved to be responsive and professional all throughout this process. Communication was excellent as you would expect from a professional outfit. They were price competitive. I recently had The Roof Authority replace my old shingle roof with a new 5V metal roof. The process was so easy. They were professional & courteous, the whole thing took less than one week from start to finish & their crew left my property neat & tidy - no nails!
