Always friendly and do good work. Our installer was absolutely polite and great.
One word of advice. Lose the sign on the yard of the house you’re working on. I may have signed off on that unknowing not sure but it’s kinda tacky. Just my two cents.

I highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail. My whole experience from scheduling an estimate to the installation was absolutely wonderful. The sales representative Denice Zumbo was awesome. She took the time to explain all of the available options for my fence. She went above and beyond in order to get the special order fencing delivered and made sure the installation was scheduled immediately upon delivery.
The installations Tech Reyan and CJ were extremely knowledgeable, respectful, polite and efficient. Reyan made sure that the fence was installed exactly the way I envisioned it. He put in the extra effort needed to keep the fencing tight to the ground. Once completed Reyan and CJ cleaned everything up. He went over everything with me concerning warranties and maintenance of the fence.
I am completed satisfied with the work performed and again would highly recommend Superior Fence & Rail.

David and Tim were amazing! So quick! Very thorough to be sure the fence installation went purr-fect. Even went above and beyond and used the excess dirt to fill three problem holes! Polite. Helpful with their explanations. A great experience! Thanks Superior Fencing. And kudos to the office staff!

Had some mis haps in the beginning that were rectified to an extent. However once the fence was installed they did not want to fix anything until payment was fulfilled. After I paid the balance, they sent a rep and then after the service manager out to repair items. Lots of Loose screws, chips, unpainted surface and screws,, and a fence panel with no screws. I have emailed a few times with no response. Asked that the service manager call when he came out. No call. Text or voicemail. I emailed again stating the paint used was brown on an epoxy black fence so sticks out like a sore thumb, still a few loose screws and a panel with no screws. I even asked them to send me the screws and I’ll finish their work as I have already painted over the brown paint black to match the fence. No reply still. Sad to spend this kind of.money on a fence to have loose panels that rattle. Panels with no screws. Screws loose. Chips in the paint and then brown used to cover it up. Concrete to clean off areas. I’d recommend another company due to my experience.

Project looks great. The technician who did the installation was courteous, hardworking and careful. Happy with the outcome.

Professional Review of Fence Installation – July 2024

In July 2024, I had a wood fence installed at my property in Vero Beach. As someone who has owned multiple homes and previously operated a construction business, I believe I am well-qualified to assess the quality of this installation. My approach to business success was always rooted in hands-on work and a strong commitment to craftsmanship. It’s well understood in the trades that when profit is prioritized over quality, the results often reflect that compromise.

Upon initial inspection, I noticed that while many of the pickets were installed uniformly, others were misaligned and lacked consistency. One notable issue was the use of 4x4 posts for the gate, rather than the more appropriate 4x6 posts. Although this was later corrected, it set a concerning tone for the overall workmanship.

In October 2024, Hurricane Milton impacted the area. Unfortunately, the East and West sections of my fence sustained significant damage, with large portions collapsing. Upon further inspection, it became clear that in several post holes, minimal concrete had been used—and in some cases, what little concrete there was had crumbled entirely. As a result, the structural integrity of the fence was compromised, contributing to the extensive damage.

Superior Fence provided an estimate of over $6,000 for the necessary repairs, attributing the failure to an “Act of God.” I ultimately hired a local handyman to make the fence functional again for $2,400. While he restored the basic structure, the aesthetic and uniformity of the fence understandably could not match the original design, especially without a full rebuild.

I also reached out to the financing company, but they chose to side with Superior Fence. However, it is my professional opinion that had the posts been properly set with the correct amount and consistency of concrete, the damage would not have been as widespread. The company’s reliance on the Act of God defense appears to be an attempt to deflect accountability for what I believe was substandard workmanship. In some areas, the lack of concrete is so apparent that the posts can be moved by hand—a clear indication that installation standards were not met.

To add, the owner himself contacted me after a recent inspection by his foreman and stated that “the concrete had moved in the ground.” Respectfully, I must point out that the purpose of concrete is to prevent such movement, not to shift with the soil.

I consider myself a reasonable individual, but I cannot overlook what I see as negligent construction practices. I share this review in the hope that future customers are given the level of quality and care they rightfully expect. Respectfully, Andy Lamora.

I previously left a V-M with Superior Fence and Rail but wanted to also write a review, complimenting Timmy (employee of Superior Fence) on his excellent work. He took down the old wooden fence and installed the new vinyl fence mostly singlehandedly. I know how hard he worked over the 2 days in the hot sun, since I was cutting
bamboo at times, while he worked. See included pic. Highly recommend; job well done!

Just got my picket vinyl fence installed through them. Everything with this company was a breeze. They were very informative and professional. A huge shout out Timothy. He took the time to double check everything from the boundaries to my wants and needs and the work after it was completed. He worked very hard to get my fence as level as it could be to look nice while trying to keep it as close to the ground as possible so that my kids and dogs can't get out from underneath. This was extremely important to me but difficult to pull off being that my ground was on a slope and very uneven but he worked his butt off and made it work!!

With the tornadoes that hit my area there was a wait for the fence to be done. Boy oh boy was it worth the wait. It is perfect. More perfect than I dreamed it would be. The installers were amazing. Professional, courteous and friendly. If makes no sense to go anywhere else. If you are looking for the best...go to Superior Fence and cross your fingers that Oscar is one of the installers.

They provided outstanding service from start to finish, ensure that my fence was completed with precision and care, their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to quality were evident throughout the entire project.
