Jason was very courteous and helpful. He arrived promptly after I placed the call and accessed the problem quickly late Saturday afternoon. He will return on Monday with the required part to fix our problem. Update: the needed part was not in stock, but they immediately searched for the part and came to make the repair as soon as the part was in. Brandon was right on time and swiftly replaced the blower motor and also did a tune up while he was there, per our request. I am very pleased with the service we received as well as the communication from Mary in the office. Very reliable and professional.

I have a service plan with Steve Smith and I am very happy with the service. Our 3 year old AC unit stopped working and they came out first thing in the morning to fix it. He was able to diagnose and repair quickly. Pricing is reasonable.

I called Steve Smith Air Conditioning on a Sunday when my AC went out. They came out the same day and even earlier than promised. The issue was minor, and the charge was very reasonable; less than another (large) company that I called. They repaired it right away. I highly recommend them. Thank you, Steve Smith AC!
