Jen is an amazing human and yoga instructor! The class was so relaxing and unique. She is so patient and clear with form instruction. I haven’t practiced in about a year and I felt completely at ease. ♥️

This place is a true gem, and a great place to start your self care journey. The atmosphere is beautiful and calming and the owner is amazing, kind, and has a ton of experience. I enjoyed coming back to yoga after years away, and this was the perfect place to do it.

I drove 30 minutes to get to this studio on the high recommendation of a friend. It was absolutely worth the drive. Everything about this place felt restorative. I arrived feeling tired & unmotivated and left feeling connected and inspired. I've been looking for a long time for a place that can meet me where I'm at. The yoga instruction was individualized and welcoming. The studio is absolutely beautiful with a focus on wellness and serenity.
