Had a great experience with Trey and the team today. Went above and beyond, figuring out the problems that came up during the job. Even helped with some moving work in our office that was not part of their job and waited around for the rain to stop to help us with that. Genuine guys that just want to help and treat you right !!
We recently had a sign installed outside our office building. We needed electric to light the sign at night. Richmond Electric really came through from permitting to installation. Deanna and Ron were so professional. A++ on the communication.
Just had some more work done with Richmond Electric on 4/25/2025. Our house is now 10 years old and started having the smoke detectors reaching their life and could no longer just put a battery in it to get it to turn off. So had all my smoke detectors replaced at once total of 7. These have the 10 year battery in it. They sent Chase. He was very good, professional and fast. He did the work and tested all of them. Very happy with his work. As you see below was a previous time and I always call Richmond Electric because they are very reliable.
