Aldo came in to do a repair on my ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Friendly and pleasant to work with. Did a great job in a short amount of time and even called in an assistant, Brandon to help clean up afterwards. Two very professional contractors. I highly recommend his services. John Jacobs is lucky to have him on board. If I could give him 10 stars I would! 😊
Of the 3 contractors I met with for a primary bathroom remodel, John Jacobs was the best. John and his assistant, Brandy, listened to my needs and offered some ideas. I felt confident that the job would be done right. The team that performed the work was professional, responsive and always cleaned up after the day’s work. Tile people were fantastic. Office staff always responded in a timely manner to any questions or concerns. I especially want to mention Brandy. She was extremely helpful and always found a way to solve any issues that arose. I love my new bathroom. I would recommend John Jacobs. I would use them for all my future needs.
