Zach the tech repair man came out quickly at night to repair my AC and was very professional and engaging in his efforts.
Heather at the office is always a big help getting needed service visits scheduled and answering questions.
The new Carrier unit runs so quietely I cannot really hear it.
Zach was working for our neighbor who had to leave today. The neighbor asked me to let the technician in to finish the work. Zach was in communication with me throughout the day and arrived to finish the job. He was extremely informative and professional. He is an asset to the company.
We will be using Preferred A/C the next time we need HVAC work done at our home.

Heather was very efficient and set up an appointment ASAP. On May first Noah was here in the early morning. Did our 6 month preventative maintenance; found a small problem. Replaced a capacitor in one of our units and we have been COOLER ever since. We prefer Preferred AC !
