Dalton came by to give us an estimate for a new AC system. He took the time to really look at everything and give us an estimate that fit our needs. You can tell they stand behind their work. I still have a few estimates to receive but as far as first impressions go, 10/10 thus far. I will update review if we decide to do the install.
Scotty Shiver came by and took a quick peek at everything and had my unit back up in no time. Gave me an honest breakdown and threw in a little extra work to make it worth my money. Thanks Scotty!
I would give Bo ten stars if I could! He's a lifesaver! He was prompt, professional, kind and trustworthy! I'd recommend him and Family Air to everyone! Thank you Bo!!! My home is cool again!!
