Jose is awesome. He’s helped us a few times with our AC and every time he’s been quick to get back to us and quick to figure out the problem. The first time we called, he diagnosed a bad blower and fixed it right away. Another time, when the unit was struggling to cool the house, he figured out the problem fast and ended up saving us a ton of money.

What I really appreciate is that he explains everything in simple language. He’s honest and doesn’t push unnecessary stuff. He just lays out your options so you can make the best decision for your situation.

Jose responded quickly, could have easily charged me more than just a service call considering my system’s neglect. He was friendly, ridiculously knowledgeable and tidy. Got me chilly again in no time!! Thank you!!!

Just updating my review since it's been a couple years since my previous five star service. Dorado Heating and Cooling is my go-to family business for my cooling needs. Whether it's a clogged drain line, a new condenser, or just a new air filter Jose and the Dorado team are always punctual, professional, and courteous.
