Bronson technician that has been with ProMag for countless years I have dealt with him several times on my HVAC system with repairs and he is absolutely the best and what he does! He is very thorough ,very talented , he goes through everything with a fine tooth comb! To make sure everything is right you can see that he takes pride in his job promag is hands down the best AC company that we have used.. since we moved to Florida and we'll be staying with them for a very long time

My A/C unit was acting up he showed up he was very professional checked everything throughly, explained everything that was going on, got everything back in working order, and even gave me tips and suggestions on how keep it running in top form... He was really great THANK YOU AGAIN RAUL !!!!!! With the time heating up you came in clutch!
