Visited for the 2nd time and I was even more impressed on this visit. My first visit a couple of months ago was wonderful as well. The salon is clean, organized and inviting. I enjoyed a wonderful manicure and pedicure .. no hurry up/rush experience. The services I received were meticulous and professional.
I am a snowbird of 16 years in the South Fort Myers area so I have been to several salons. This is my first experience at Upscale Nails on Summerlin (they have two locations). Well, I have now found my new permanent salon! I had a fantastic Mani and Pedi this afternoon. And not a single Nick into my cuticles. Thank you Leo, you have won over this customer! Amy has done my nails, pedicures, eyebrows and lip waxing since 2016 so I am following her to Upscale Nails and Spa with my first appt on her first day working at Upscale Nails on Monday February 17th at 10:30am. I had thought about changing to a different person at her previous place and almost changed to another Nail salon but even though it’s more of a distance to drive I know how Amy does such an extra special mani and pedi plus and is the right choice for me.
