I’ve been following Jamie from one Ulta location to another for nearly two years because once you find a stylist this good, you don’t let her get away. She has cut, highlighted, styled, treated, and transformed my hair in ways I honestly didn’t think were possible.

I just needed to leave a review about a specific employee Shelby… genuinely the best customer service I have ever received, absolutely attentive and well informed on all things makeup and skin care. I had originally just wanted to be matched to a foundation from MAC and not only did she do that but she answered about 162920 more questions I had and got me hooked up with products that would work best with my skin tone and natural skin and let me tell you my makeup has never genuinely looked better than it does now, she didn’t try to oversell anything and didn’t try to push every high end product at me, she had genuine recommendations that produced quality results...read full review
Went in needing a couple new makeup products and Shelby was SO helpful. She was full of so much good knowledge and truly went above and beyond in helping me not only find the right products for me but fully explaining why they work best for my skin, other skin care I can do, etc. Great experience!
