It's our second time using this company to fix our floral coolers. We needed the cooler to be fixed asap since it was Valentine's week. I called in the afternoon and they sent a tech next morning. By afternoon, the cooler was fixed. Fair price, prompt results. Big thanks to Jodi who performed the job - very friendly, checked to see if the warranty was still valid, and it was there until the job was finished. We appreciate it!!
I am a supervisor of building maintenance for a large Fort Myers Hospital. When I have a piece of equipment my techs can't fix, I call TWC first and every time. I call them, they show up on time troubleshoot the issues, fix it right then, or if parts are needed. Heather sends me a very detailed quote the same day or shortly there after. There prices are very fare, I never had to question anything. They showed one of my techs how to properly PM the equipment when asked. I have been using TWC for 3 years now and have been 100% satisfied and the last service request they found that the compressor was under warranty, did the paper work and had it sent free! I got set up as a customer on Friday and the service guy showed up on Monday and fixed my commercial freezer in like an hour. Only reason for 4 out of 5 stars is they never set an appt with me. I run a nonprofit and there isn't always someone there and I would have had to pay a visit fee if no one was there. Happy to have them in our team though!
