Our service technician Jason did a great job. He came to the door and introduced himself and explained the service he would provide and we had the opportunity to explain issues that we had noticed. He said he could and would address them.

ANDRIS walked our property with me and was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He took care of the fertilizing and weed control and explained everything as if he was the company owner. It is always more meaningful when technicians portray a dedicated presence when servicing our property. Thank you!!

Only had Trugreen out once and the tech Adrian couldn't find our house. GPS problem. He Didn't give up. He text and called. I sent our address via Google Maps. He was an hour late but he came and sprayed our yard. Second treatment Dillion never showed. No text no nothing. Next day Mgr Richard came to our house with no problem. Inspected our yard told us what we could do. Very informative, very professional. Hopefully next service the tech can find us ! ?
