It is so important to do your homework and to ask questions, because there are times when asking too many questions, leads to the perfect relationship. I drilled Tanda at Tri Town before beginning my project and had many complexities involved in my build. I wanted to use fiberglass rebar, pre-cast concrete, intumescent paint, hidden stairwell, and some very unique features in my project and knew that not just any builder could execute these things. I had a fantastic experience working with Tri-Town Construction on the remodel of my 6 units on Fort Myers Beach. From start to finish, their communication was excellent — I always felt informed and supported throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond by helping with material selections, coordinating with the town, and even managing communication with outside contractors. Everything was handled professionally, and the results exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable and experienced construction team in the area!
