Carolyn is absolutely the worst. She can't even apply a relaxer properly, her styling skills are nonexistent, she overcharges, and the entire experience was a total disaster. Do yourself a favor and save your money by going to someone else - run as fast as you can! When confronted, she did not try to make things better. WOW!
