Brought a quarter zip with quarter size paint smear to the Fort Myers Tide store. As the spot was 3 days old, I didn’t think it could be removed. The next day I picked it up and my quarter zip was perfect! Miracle workers!!!!
The facility is neat and clean. It has modern equipment and efficient processes. I love when they call from the register, my clothes arrive quickly without anyone searching for them. Best of all my laundry and dry cleaning arrives like brand new.
Came here for a white refresh on a top that I love and when I picked it up, there was some type of new stain on it. (I’ve worked many years in retail and I know accidents happen) When I showed the staff, they were shocked and instantly took care of the issue. They handled the entire situation beautifully and now my top looks better than ever because they went out of their way to resolve it with me. Very impressed.
