Hurt my back on vacation, The Joint took care of me on a Sunday with an amazingly kind receptionist and the greatest Chripractor that listened to my needs, helped get me back moving again and even gave me an ice pack since I was on vacation and didn't have one handy.
I cannot say enough great things about Dr ian. Not only is he an absolutely amazing chiropractor, but he talks you through every move he's making and he truly takes time to understand what is causing your pain. He doesn't rush you and he's very personable. I was also very impressed with Rachel at the front desk. No matter how many people were in that waiting room she was personable friendly and kind to everyone and it made it interesting to just listen to her be a top customer service provider as people are trying to wait in line to get the chiropractic care that they need.
