Meanwhile I called TekRam and a very friendly gentleman answered and said someone would come out very next day at 9:30am and they did exactly that. The guy that showed up to provide the estimate was right on time, and very thorough and knowledgeable. A few hours later I had a very fair estimate which I signed right away (based on a good gut feeling about the company) and they immediately got to work on the permit and started removing the old roof just a few days later. The same guy that provided me the estimate was the same guy that managed the excellent crew and made sure everything was perfect. They had the roof off in one day, inspected the very next day, and the had the whole thing finished in just two days and it looks great! My neighbors have constantly been asking "who did your roof so quick!" - I confidently give them TakRam's number knowing they will be taken care off and won't make my referral look bad. I already see them doing work on some neighboring homes... they were just waiting to find a good company to provide them good service!
We were treated well from the beginning to the end of the project. We had two inspectors, both satisfied the first time inspecting.
