Lee and James did a great job doing my oil change! Lee explained everything to me in an easy to understand manner and customer service was top notch throughout the entire visit. And I even got a complimentary bottle of water at the beginning :) I will definitely be returning to this Take 5 for future oil changes!
Extremely satisfied and am so glad to have found a reliable place for oil changes and minor service! I recently bought my car from a local dealer, but didn't have much faith in what they told me about catching up general maintenance before they sold to me. The guys at Take5 replaced my filters and even showed me how they were overdue for replacement! I drove away very happy and know their thoroughness and care for what they do likely extended the life of my car! Will definitely be a return customer with them from here on!
Both the shop manager and his helper were great. Got an oil change, coolant flush, and rear differential fluid replacement and everything was great. Gave explanations on what was needed without pressing too hard for a sale.
