The male I spoke with, didn't know how to address a situation. I was given a gift certificate for mother's day. I called in made the appointment. I was asked what I want to do. I told the person pedicure, manicure, and polish my natural nails.I went in the day of appointment and I was asked again, "What are you doing?" I said pedicure and manicure and polish my natural nails. I got the price and seeing it was less than the gift certificate, I asked if it could be used twice. The owner is very unprofessional! My natural nails were ruined and then he lied and said he stopped services to me lol never did I just wasted his time and didn’t show up on my last appointment. He had the audacity to make me cry and still take a 50% tip after ripping my nails off and having 3 of my nails bleed. I would never recommend this dirty unprofessional place!! BEWARE OF THEM!!!!

It is very upsetting to know and as business owner myself I was told they didn’t want to do my nails anymore. I had made an appointment but placed on a call list if someone cancelled which I said okay to, however, I was on my way running about 5 mins late and was parking my car when I noticed they called me and left a message. When I called back they said we’re cancelling me out and that was that. From a business owner stand point you just don’t do that. I believe in giving my clients a 15 min window.
