Sozio Building Company literally turned a horrible event and experience into an amazing experience with a storybook ending. Our roof and interior of our home was ruined after Hurricane Ian. Water had leaked into our walls and even beneath our tile. Our entire home was gutted down to concrete, studs, electrical, and plumbing. There were so many reports of terrible contractors doing terrible work and this worried us. Sozio exceeded all expectations for the restoration of our home. September 28th, 2023 our "Forever Home" on Fort Myers Beach was flooded with nearly 7 feet of water, destroying everything we owned. During the next couple of weeks I emailed an untold number of local builders. I wanted a builder with a great reputation, not an out of town storm chaser. Nick answered the call and we are forever grateful. While they had not been building on the beach for some time, Nick met with us and was willing to help put our home back together.
