10/10 Highly recommend Southwest Environmental. Chris came out to take a look and suggested a less costly solution for the issue I was having, while another company immediately jumped to the most expensive repair option.
What I appreciated most was his honesty, he was upfront that there was no guarantee this fix would work, but felt it was worth trying first. He also told me that if it didn’t solve the problem, he would credit what I spent toward the larger repair if it ended up being needed.

Southwest have been taking care of my septic system for 4 years now and have been great. It's a bigger unit as I'm in a larger house, I have a very affordable maintenance contract and every time the team have come out they've gone above and beyond to keep it running well, always taking the time to explain what they're doing and making minor fixes at no additional cost. They're clear on any options to fix issues and highly responsive.
