After interviewing several roofing companies we chose this organization, and so glad we did. Their coordinator, Heather, located the perfect roof tile (actually in stock!) and fast tracked the permit process for a start date much earlier than anticipated. The job itself was well done, a very responsive team that was always available to answer questions, extremely price competitive, and treated our home as if their own. We had multiple work items done with St Rafael roofing including roof repairs, water leak tests, and refinishing outdoor balcony flooring. Overall they did a great job and I would recommend. There were a few times I needed to follow up for status, but other than that they were great. Chris went above and beyond with his team at the end of the job to ensure our satisfaction with a second water test to ensure no leakage on the repairs, finalizing the railing installations on the balconies and he did all this the next day too. Thank you Chris and Team!
