Rumours is the best salon I have ever used. The owner, Marsha is amazing. Her skills with hair and coloring is phenomenal. Recently I lost a great deal of my hair and no one could explain to me why. Marsha has been working with me and my hair is growing back. No matter what your hair is like - she will have you looking your best. If you have to wait a little for an appt - WAIT. Trust me, she is worth the wait! Also her houseboat is so much fun!Service: Hair coloring
