Workers are very considerate, informative and knowledgable. I've been lucky enough to have the same technician service my air conditioner the last few visits. Bought a new a/c unit from them a few years ago and have been very happy with it. Would highly recommend them.

Pure Air installed my A/C unit 3 years ago. I purchased the maintenance plan and it is great to have the unit checked twice a year. When there have been any issue with the unit they promptly come the same day and resolved the issue.
I have been with Pure Air for nearly 9 years and have their annual maintenance contract. So worth it. There service is professional, friendly, efficient. Their servicemen are clean and neat and always explain what they are doing. They call in advance to set up your next scheduled maintenance visit. Highly recommend them. Pay once a year for contract and maintenance service visit is free.
