Customers describe a great experience from start to finish, with PRG showing up and finishing on time and doing exactly what they said they would do. After speaking with several roofers about a chronic leaking issue with the gutter system at a shopping center, PRG solved the issue permanently, efficiently, and quickly, delivering on what other roofers only promised. The team put together a plan of action that solved the issues at a fair price. PRG repaired damage from a previous year's hurricane, responding quickly, scheduling the repair promptly, and completing the work efficiently. Communication was excellent, keeping customers informed every step of the way. The crew was professional, respectful, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving, and pricing was very reasonable. PRG worked to secure a new roof before a hurricane struck, saving a house. PRG also did a fantastic job on a gatehouse project that required multiple mobilization, staying on schedule.
