I found Chris Sullivan and he’s easily the best barber I’ve had. He listens, gives clean, precise cuts (fade and shape-up were perfect), and takes time to get the details right. Friendly, punctual, and the shop is clean.
Ladies ladies ladies!!! Let me tell you about Perceptions and let me tell you about their customer service! I work in a store at merchants crossing and had the chance to meet Jan (a stylist) who works at Perceptions, and she was so kind, generous and VERY knowledgeable. I explained the issues I was having with my hair and she said “NO WORRIES”, she walked me to Perceptions where I was met by a staff of amazing women and they helped me not only restore my issues but continue to check on me! Please gone Jan at Perceptions you will NOT be disappointed!
Had a lovely experience at this salon. Samantha was my stylist and I will definitely be seeing her from now on. She listened carefully to what I wanted, had some suggestions, and together we came up with a style I could easily maintain. I absolutely love my cut! She spent time while she was drying /styling my hair to give me tips on how I can accomplish the look at home and I left confident that I could manage it. And I can! The salon is very nicely put together, the other employees/ stylists were friendly and it was immaculate. I would definitely recommend Samantha and this salon.
